How To Use Encouragement To Enhance The Lives Of Those Around Us (It’s Easier Than You Think)
Every once in a while, people need some encouragement in their lives, especially during their times of trouble and doubt, which is why learning how to encourage others is an important skill that you need to learn in order to know how you can positively influence the lives of those around you.
Moral ascendancy shown to others is a form of empowerment and when you empower others, in turn you are empowering yourself.

Here are a few techniques that you can use to effectively and positively influence other people through your deeds of encouragement.
Use Encouraging Words
Using words of encouragement is an effective way of supporting people around you, especially if you want them to succeed and know that you are behind them 100 percent. Use statements such as “well done” or “good job”, especially if given at the perfect time, helps remind those people that you commend them on their effort, and that they should keep doing what they’re doing.
Be Sincere
Words of encouragement given to other people will have little to no effect if you gave them insincerely, or if you do not show any genuine interest in what you are saying. Always make sure that your heart is in what you are saying by showing some genuine interest and sincerity in your encouragement through asking questions and talking more with them. You can actually get some people even more fired up and energized once you can get them to talk more about their plans and what they are doing, as talking can push them to think even more. Just make sure that you avoid faking your sincerity as this can devastate the other person if they found this out.
Seek Their Advice
Instead of giving the other person a lot of advice as to what they need to do, try asking for advice for a change. This can actually help encourage them in the work that they are doing as this helps give them that feeling of being in control, as well as give them confidence in their ability. Asking for help can be flattering to the one being asked, as this shows that you have confidence in what they know enough for you to seek the help that you are looking for from them. This can give them a much needed boost and help encourage them to work even better.
Offer Your Help
Most of the time, people who need encouragement are the last ones to admit that they do, so it would be good if you can actually offer your help to that person. Lending them your helping hand can help show them that you are willing to offer your energy and time to help them out on their endeavor, thereby giving them more reasons to finish what they are doing and not give up.
When offering your help, however, don’t try to push the issue too much, especially if they don’t feel too comfortable in accepting your offer, as this can only irritate them, and could even create more problems for you both later on. Just offer your help when you find an opportunity to give it, and if they really want it, then they will accept it.
Be Positive
Always try to use positive statements, and avoid negative statements, when trying to encourage other people, as maintaining a positive disposition can actually affect how they are thinking. If you want to positively influence other people, then try to use a lot of positive statements that will help encourage them to do even better and not give up.
Encouraging others, especially during the times that they badly need it, will greatly affect their outlook and disposition. Make sure that you know how and when to encourage them in what they are doing in order to positively enhance their lives
Enhance, Empower, Enjoy,
