My Mental Escape Today – Breathing Light

Today’s message has nothing to do with any vision for movers and shakers but everything to do with complete mental cleansing and rejuvenation.

Ever since I can remember music has been a total zen escape for me.  I was a musician before an online visionary.  My forte is saxophone, percussion and a little piano.   Music still weighs heavily in my life…. I guess it’s inherent for me because it is in my blood…(thanks Big Daddy).

My absolute passion in music is how the melodies mesh together as opposed to the lyrics actually being spoken. Harmonic vibrations of melodies speak to the deeper recesses of the soul and mind that words could NEVER reach. Thus begins a journey to another parallel for complete mental cleansing and rejuvenation.
